*The morning camp is intended for our younger students, it is not a crochet or knitting class. We do not recommend booking kids 8+ for the morning maker space.

**Kids 7+ who already know how to knit or crochet are welcome to join for the afternoon.

Maker Camp with Jess will feature a fresh, creative lineup designed to spark curiosity, hands-on learning, and artistic exploration. This year’s projects mix tactile crafting, STEM thinking, and imaginative design to give kids a wide range of skills and experiences.

Projects will include:

• Turning 2D Shapes into 3D Creations – Explore how flat designs transform into dimensional objects through cutting, folding, and construction.
• STEM Builds – Engage with fun problem-solving challenges that blend science, engineering, and creativity.
• Macramé, Jewelry Making, and Beadwork – Learn knotting techniques and design your own wearable art and accessories.
• Handmade Journals – Create personalized journals with unique covers, stitching, and decorative elements.
• Room Decorations – Craft items that brighten up and customize personal spaces, from wall art to small décor pieces.

Camp Details:

Snacks and Hydration: Please pack a snack and water bottle for your child, or utilize our convenient vending machine.

Class Policies

Online Cancellations with minimum 36-Hour Notice

We value your time and our resources.

To manage our small classes effectively, we require a minimum notice of 36 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

From your ‘My Account‘ page you can cancel or request to reschedule your eligible bookings. Canceled bookings paid by credit card are refunded within 24 hours minus a 5% processing fee.

Booking Changes with Less Than 36-Hour Notice

We uphold a stringent no-show policy to ensure fairness and optimal class experience for all our students. If you fail to attend a class without providing the required 36-hour notice, we are unable to offer a refund or credit for the missed session. This policy is in place to minimize disruptions and financial loss, ensuring that our classes remain viable and rewarding for both students and instructors.

In the event of a no-show, you will need to rebook and pay for a new class at a time that better suits your schedule. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we encourage all our students to communicate any changes as early as possible to allow others the opportunity to fill the space. This not only supports our community-centric approach but also enhances the learning environment for everyone involved.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our class schedules and the quality of your learning experience.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that delays can happen, but to ensure the quality and continuity of our classes, all students must strive to arrive on time. If you arrive late, you’re welcome to join the class already in progress. However, please note that the class will end as scheduled to respect the time of students scheduled after you and the instructor. Ask your instructor about booking additional studio time to complete your class.

Credit and Refund Process

Credit Card Payments: For cancellations with adequate notice, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 5% processing fee. Refunds generally take 3 to 5 business days to show in your account.

Store Credit, Coupons, Gift Certificates: Upon timely cancellation, your account will automatically be credited for future classes.
