Self-Service Booking Cancellation Instructions:

Cancel your booking without rescheduling below.

Upon cancellation, a refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 5% processing fee. Avoid the fee by rescheduling instead of canceling your booking, see form below. If your booking was paid for with a coupon or store credit, the value will be restored for immediate use.

Refunded bookings cannot be rescheduled, you'll need to book again online if needed.

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted within 36 hours of the scheduled start time. Please see the cancelation policy on the specific class or camp page for more details.

Accidental cancellation? No problem! Get in touch with the studio before we issue your refund and we can reinstate the booking.

To manage our small classes effectively, we require a minimum notice of 36 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you are unable to attend your class, you will need to rebook and pay for a new class at a time that better suits your schedule.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we require all students to communicate any changes 72 hours before class starts to allow others the opportunity to fill the space.

This not only supports our community-centric approach but also enhances the learning environment for everyone involved.

As an alternative, we welcome you to send someone in your place, just let us know who to expect!
