Canceled bookings paid by credit card are refunded within 24 hours and will incur a 5% processing fee. Avoid the fee and pay with Zelle!

Reschedule Request

We will not process requests to move or cancel bookings within 36 hours of the start time.  Why?

To manage our small classes effectively, we require a minimum notice of 36 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

If you are unable to attend your class, you will need to rebook and pay for a new class at a time that better suits your schedule.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we require all students to communicate any changes 72 hours before class starts to allow others the opportunity to fill the space.

This not only supports our community-centric approach but also enhances the learning environment for everyone involved.

As an alternative, we welcome you to send someone in your place, just let us know who to expect!
